Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship Australia-wide from our Melbourne warehouse.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location: VIC: 1–3 business days, Other states: 3–7 business days

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return a product?
A: We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first before returning anything.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: Please email us at admin@toppingworld.com.au with your order number and photos, and we’ll resolve it ASAP.


Product Information

Q: Are your products ready to eat?
A: Most of our toppings are ready to use but should be rinsed or prepared according to the instructions on the label.

Q: How should I store the toppings?
A: Keep unopened items in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in the fridge and consume within the recommended timeframe.
